Why us
PresenceLive is brand new, and that works in your favour.
It is not the line people usually say. But for the first customers it is true, and it is only true now — in two years we will be a supplier like any other.
You talk to the person who wrote it
Not a call centre, not a ticket doing the rounds for three days. Whoever answers is the person who knows the code, and when something does not add up they look at it straight away.
What you ask for goes into the product
Half of what PresenceLive does today came from a sentence said out in a field. If you need something and it makes sense for the others too, it gets built — and not in two years.
First-customer terms
Whoever comes in now comes in on terms that will not come back later, and in return tells us what is wrong. It is a trade, and we say so plainly.
We set it up for you
The people, the muster points, the crews, the badges. You start with us alongside you for the first month, not with a manual and good luck.
How it is built
Built for farming, not adapted to it afterwards.
Most attendance systems are born for the office and then somebody tries to fit the field into them. It shows: planned shifts nobody keeps to, fixed breaks that do not exist out in the country, and no way of saying that a person is hired by one business and works at another.
PresenceLive starts from the other end. Breaks are recorded when they happen, because in farming they are not set in advance. The call-up is an expectation set the evening before, not a shift. And who pays, who hosts and which job it is on are three separate things from day one.
- Seasonal and permanent farm contractsand provincial agreements, in the rules engine
- 3 millionclock-ins tested on a single machine
- One monthof hand-holding, included
Straight talking
Where we stop, and why.
These are not things left undone: they are chosen boundaries. We tell you now so you do not find them after the contract is signed.
We do not do payslips
And it is not a gap: it is a boundary. Your payroll adviser stays your payroll adviser, and we hand them figures they do not have to check again.
We do not plan shifts
The call-up says what time tomorrow starts, and who answered. It is not a shift plan with cover and constraints: in farming the day is decided by the weather, and a plan made on Monday is wrong by Wednesday.
There are few of us
A small supplier answers in half an hour and has no legal department. It is worth knowing beforehand, and weighing up along with the rest.
The panel has other sections that do not fit here — absences and leave, documents for the worker, closing a period, gaps against the agreement. They are easier to look at together than to read about.
