What it does

A system that explains itself out loud, one sentence per screen.

Whoever keeps the attendance on a farm is not an IT person: it is the owner, their partner, or the person who puts the sheets together on Friday. PresenceLive starts from there.

The Day is the first thing that opens.

Not a dashboard with twelve charts: a list of people and, beside each one, the hours and whatever does not add up. Whoever has nothing to sort out asks for no attention.

The Day screen: for each person the net hours, the break and whatever does not add up. Eighteen present, three absent, two rows to sort out — beside “Costa Michele” the warning “Clock-out missing” and the button to fix it.
The Day. Sample names.

Hours, breaks and net hours

Clock-ins become gross hours, breaks and net hours, according to the rules of the agreement. The rules have a date they take effect from: a rise from April does not recalculate March.

The break, with the time

Whoever takes a break says so by pressing a button, and on the panel the time it started, the time it ended and how long it lasted all appear. Not a number inferred: what was declared.

Anomalies, before they turn into a problem

The forgotten clock-out, the double clock-in, the rest period that is too short, the tag that belongs to nobody. The system flags and the person decides: no automatic penalties, ever.

Corrections stay on the record

A clock-in is not edited: a correction is added, with who made it and why. Six months later you can see both the corrected value and what was there before.

The call-up

“Tomorrow at six at the north shed.” You send it to the crew the evening before, a notification arrives on the phone, and the next day you see who was expected, who accepted and who joined in.

Who works where

A worker hired by one company and working at another in the same network is ordinary in farming. PresenceLive keeps it in the model: who pays, who hosts, and how much there is to recharge.

Who pays and who hosts

Triangulation is not a special case: it is everyday work.

Hired by the co-operative, in the field for the farm next door, on a job that has its own cost centre. Three different things, and PresenceLive keeps them separate — because confusing them means recharging the wrong party.

One person linked to three boxes: the employing company that pays, the host company where the work happens, the cost centre the hours are charged to.

At the end of the month

The payment and the export come out of the same day.

Net hours times the agreed rate, person by person: PresenceLive works out the amount to pay, it does not import it from anyone. Out comes the file for the bank, and the summary in the layout your payroll adviser needs — with the file’s fingerprint, so that six months later you can check that document was not touched.

⚠️ PresenceLive does not do payslips, and that is a choice: that stays your adviser’s trade. The product stops at the export, and hands them figures they do not have to check again.

The panel has other sections — absences, documents for the worker, closing a period, gaps against the agreement, importing the people. They are easier to see together, with your numbers in front of you.

Questions everyone asks

Do I have to change how I work?

No. PresenceLive records what already happens: who arrives, who leaves, who stops. The difference is that by evening the sums are done instead of waiting to be done.

What if a worker has no smartphone?

They tap a badge on the station at the muster point. On the same crew the two ways live side by side: how clocking in works.

My crew does not speak Italian.

The worker’s app speaks six languages: Italian, English, French, Albanian, Romanian and Arabic. The panel speaks three — Italian, English and French — and the language is chosen per company and per person.

What does it cost?

You pay per employee active in the month, and you buy the families of features you need — not everything at once. The figure depends on how many people you have and on what you actually need: let’s talk, with your numbers.
