This page is about the website www.presencelive.it. How data is handled inside the management panel is a different matter, and it is set out in the contract with each customer company.

No cookies of any kind: not technical, not for profiling, not for statistics. The site writes nothing to your device — it does not even use the browser’s local storage — and reads nothing that is already there.

That is why you will find no window to close before you can read. Consent, under article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian data protection authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021, has to be asked for in order to store or read information on a visitor’s device. That does not happen here, so there is nothing to ask consent for — and a banner asking anyway would be saying something untrue.

If one day we introduce a measurement tool or an advertising pixel, this page will change and a real consent request will appear: with refusing as easy as accepting, and with nothing starting before you choose.

No third-party services

The pages load nothing from other domains: no typefaces, no maps, no social buttons, no analytics. Opening this site does not pass your IP address to anybody else — it reaches only our server, which is unavoidable if the page is to reach you.

The links to WhatsApp and to the management panel are links: until you press them, your browser talks to neither of the two.

What our server records

Like any web server, it keeps a technical log of the requests it receives, containing IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. It serves security and operation, it is not used to profile anyone, it is not cross-matched with anything and it is not passed on. It is kept for as long as that purpose requires.

If you write to us

If you send a message to info@presencelive.it, we handle the address and the content in order to answer you and, if a discussion comes of it, to follow it up. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you yourself ask for, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us. We do not use that address to send you advertising you did not ask for.

Where the data is held

On servers located in the European Union. Email is hosted with Aruba S.p.A., also in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict the processing or object to it, and you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority. To exercise these rights, just write to info@presencelive.it.

Data controller

The controller is the party that operates PresenceLive, reachable at info@presencelive.it.
